Shipping policy

Boxed items ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  Palleted items ship LTL Freight.  Customers will receive an order confirmation once order is received and customers will receive order fulfillment with the tracking information once the order is processed and shipped.  

"Free Shipping" applies to 48 contiguous states.  Additional shipping charges may apply for Canada, Alaska & Hawaii shipments.  PED.com would notify customer of the additional charge and bill separately if customer wishes to proceed with purchase.  No international shipping other than Canada.

Customer pays duty & tax for Canada Shipments upon delivery.

Palleted items ship LTL Freight.  The LTL shipping charge collected is processed for terminal delivery where the customer picks up from LTL dock.  Once shipment arrives at LTL Terminal, the LTL carrier will notify receiving party that the order is ready for pickup.

Residential and Commercial address delivery is available with additional shipping charge.  Customers can add Residential or Commerical delivery to the LTL order by choosing Expedited LTL Shipping.  Contact Customer Service if you wish to find out LTL terminal address near you before ordering.
